Integration with xAdicom!
Adaptive manufacturing is playing an increasingly important role for manufacturing companies. The flexibility to adapt production to market conditions—which means being able to react quickly at any time—is a basic prerequisite of maintaining competitiveness. Adaptive manufacturing needs to be capable of a high level of integration and it needs to use this integration as a basis to provide intelligent services. With xAdicom (based on SAP MII), you can integrate diverse data sources, such as ERP, SCM, QS, or MES systems, and analyze the data in real-time across all systems. The data is visualized through a web-based interface. Users can access data regardless of their location, for example, via a portal view. xAdicom works like a cockpit that enables a web-based overview of the entire production process in real-time. The xAdicom package is comprised of Adicom Integration Gateway, xOEE from the partner company Trebing & Himstedt (for OEE applications), and additional evaluations from the Adicom Software Suite. When xAdicom is combined with the Adicom Machine Data Collection and Shop Floor Data Collection modules, you can, for example oversee production at all international sites from your company headquarters.
